We are driving back to Tucepi. We didn't have luck at first. A few of the pansions were being renovated, others were closed. Finally we find a pansion "Villa Vinka" (Dračevice 12 21324 Tučepi, Telefon: 00385 21 623 162) with available rooms. Once again we encounter imposing hospitality. Hostess vinka Covic offers us wine, lemonade, coffee , cakes and home made crepes. We wanted to look some more so we only took some lemonade.

Before dark, we went directly to Villa Vinka. After eating in a restaurant on the beach, we had another glass of wine with Vinka. She explained that the year before they had borrowed money from friends to renovate their pansion: "we now have 14 rooms but few tourists", says Vinka......war.....
The following day we got up a little later. We packed peacfully and enjoyed a large diverse breakfast which Vinka served to us. She made us crepes and little cakes - simply MARVELOUS. Upon our departure she gave us two more 1- litre bottles of home made dark red wine. We put one bottle away and thanked her for the other.
